REQUIREMENT: HEALTHCARE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Superintendent oversees general construction operations of ground-up projects valued at $20M to $50M+. The ideal candidate has experience in ground-up construction, leading and completing projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Interfacing with local jurisdiction inspectors and officials
• Enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety meetings
• Managing work to conform to contract documents
• Delegating tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other staff
• Investigating and resolving field issues
• Completing reports and documentation
• Ensuring project success in safety, profitability, schedule, and quality
• Developing schedules and recovery strategies
• Communicating progress to the Project Manager
• Maintaining relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years as a Project Superintendent in ground-up new construction
• Proficiency in Procore or similar software, and Microsoft Office
