Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent - Healthcare to lead on-site execution in Virginia, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on healthcare projects. The role requires coordinating with the project team, managing subcontractors, and maintaining thorough daily documentation while upholding HITT standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, a four-year degree preferred (or equivalent experience), and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

Four-year degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, relevant work experience is acceptable.
5+ years in commercial construction, including tenant renovations and work in occupied spaces.
Ability to organize resources and meet tight deadlines with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Direct workflow on site per project schedule and safety/quality standards.
Lead on-site safety, manage daily logs and punch list through owner/architect acceptance.
Coordinate with project manager on schedule, resources, and subcontractor activities.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors and ensure clear communications.
