Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent in Aurora, CO. This role leads on-site construction activities, safety, and coordination with the Project Manager and design team for projects generally up to $75 million or components of larger projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and collaboration with owners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure IIF safety and project success. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel and work on long-term out-of-town assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and safety.
• +Understand plans, specs, and drawings; maintain updated drawings.
