Job summary

Overaa Construction seeks a Project Manager for a Salinas/Monterey project with a healthcare-related background. You will guide a team to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, managing contracts, buyouts, and coordination with clients and partners.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a construction or engineering degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position is project-based in the Salinas/Monterey area.

Qualifications

• Five years of project experience in all construction phases.
• Degree in construction management or related engineering field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead a team of engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Develop budgets, cost control, and resource planning.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental programs on site.
