We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with significant healthcare facilities experience to support large-scale hospital projects in the Salinas area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing healthcare construction projects in California. This position is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the project team, appropriate communications with the client, management and control of the scope, cost, and schedule objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Manage and monitor team members' activity in alignment with organizational goals.

Preferred Education And Experience

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management

Experience overseeing new construction, renovations and infrastructure upgrades within active healthcare environments.

Experience delivering California healthcare projects subject to HCAI requirements is required.

Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

The salary range for this full-time role is $132,800.00-$185,933.36 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
