Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager for New York projects. You will manage healthcare construction from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience with a GC, and healthcare project experience in hospitals or medical facilities, including occupied environments and phased construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in construction Project Management.
• Experience with General Contractors and healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurements, and documentation.
• Monitor costs, schedule, quality, and safety; lead project meetings.
