The role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and supporting the Project Manager across multiple ground-up projects in healthcare, financial, commercial and light-industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in commercial construction, and strong technical and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with technology and scheduling software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Typically share responsibilities of managing project budget, contracts, invoices and updating project schedule
• Coordinate among subcontractors to resolve issues
• Assist Project Manager and team with mobilization, permits, schedule development and LEED tracking
