Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Manager to deliver consulting services for healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects across the Eastern US. You will manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating scope, budget, schedules, and risk.

You’ll work directly with clients, define resources, conduct bid evaluations, and ensure governance and data integrity. On-site work is required with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, cost estimates & budget, work plan, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources, solicit proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
