Qualifications

• 15+ years of project and program management experience.
• 5+ years leading high‑performing programs in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience delivering major healthcare programs.
• Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods.
• Proven track record of leading programs and teams.
• Experience negotiating multi‑million-dollar contracts as part of large programs.
• Strong commitments delivery and results orientation.
• Proven ability to build consultative partnerships and lead stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key client relationship executive and primary contact.
• Lead preconstruction discussions to develop estimates, schedules, staffing and business plans.
• Oversee the master schedule and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Promote health, safety and environment policies and site safety culture.
• Develop the program management plan and work plan.
• Escalate and resolve project, financial and client relationship risks.
• Review change orders and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure design, procurement and construction progress alignment with program goals.
