Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to deliver healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects across the Eastern US. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, and schedules, and ensure high standards of documentation and risk management.

Travel up to 20% is expected. You will lead project teams, apply robust MS Office skills, and leverage LEED/AP, PMP, or CCM designations where available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Develop project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Establish governance for project documentation and data integrity.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide direction to achieve goals.
• Track progress, report status, and manage risks with contingency plans.
