Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules and achieve project objectives.

You will monitor budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements while preparing weekly status reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• General contractor (GC) experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, estimates, and contract documents to establish project scope.
• Assist estimating teams in identifying and prequalifying qualified subcontractors and vendors.
• Review vendor proposals and verify that all required scopes of work are covered.
• Identify constructability issues, design conflicts, and discrepancies in contract documents, and communicate recommendations to the owner and architect.
• Develop baseline project schedules, milestones, and project budgets.
• Coordinate project startup planning, safety requirements, and mobilization activities.
