Job summary

STV seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Connecticut to support the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare construction projects. The PM will manage documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably healthcare infrastructure.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards (FGI, ASHE, Joint Commission).
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project documentation (contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals).
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost control efforts.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and healthcare facility representatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines or budgets.
• Maintain project records and prepare reports for senior management.
