Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager for our PM/CM team in Connecticut. This role focuses on overseeing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating documentation, and ensuring adherence to codes and infection control protocols.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare PM, familiarity with FGI/ASHE/Joint Commission standards, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Familiarity with healthcare construction standards (FGI Guidelines, ASHE standards, Joint Commission regulations).
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Compensation Range

$93,216.59 - $106,533.25
