STV, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead our PM/CM team in Connecticut. You will oversee healthcare projects from inception to completion, coordinating documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and hospital representatives to deliver on-time, on-budget results while maintaining rigorous infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably healthcare infrastructure.
• Familiarity with healthcare construction standards (FGI, ASHE, Joint Commission).
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).

Compensation Range

$93,216.59 - $106,533.25
