Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects in occupied facilities.
• Knowledge of infection control, life safety, and codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring goals and profitability.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, schedule, and risks for healthcare projects.
• Create detailed execution plans and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, facilities teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor project coordinators and engineers; oversee project accounting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and life-safety requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders to protect profitability.
