Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee projects from inception through close-out within our capital development program. You will support the Architect, Planner/Designer and Project Manager, directing external construction firms to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in healthcare facility construction.
• Coordinates all phases of health facility construction.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Vocational/Technical Diploma in Construction Management Certification or Project Management Certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage special projects from Project Manager, including tenant improvements and reconfigurations.
• Procure capital project equipment and track furnishings with vendors.
• Conduct Project Delivery Team meetings.
• Prepare, review and monitor project budgets.
• Coordinate with staff, users, tenants to facilitate design and construction, including shutdowns.
• Conduct project site walks with the project team.
• Enter and create CAD drawings.
• Coordinate relocation of staff impacted by construction.
• Maintain archival project files and track furnishings/equipment.
