You will direct outsourced construction management, architecture, and general contractors while coordinating with architects and Facilities Management staff to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare facility construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management, cost control, and technical advisory staff.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and construction issues.
• Manage vendors, staff, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Maintain project data in PM and as-built systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHPD, OSHA, and Joint Commission.
• Maintain positive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates.
