Meadows & Ohly, a leading healthcare real estate services firm, is seeking a Program Manager in Rome, GA to lead planning, design, construction, and occupancy of healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client objectives. Strong healthcare PM experience and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare project management or construction.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, and regulatory processes.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and consultant management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare facility projects through planning, design, construction and occupancy.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and overall performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Facilitate client communication and act as trusted advisor throughout lifecycle.
• Oversee design development, construction docs, and QA processes.
• Monitor progress, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
