Baystate Health in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Manager of Construction Services to oversee healthcare system construction projects from CD development through commissioning. You will lead Baystate’s team of Project Managers and ensure alignment with the Master Facility Program.

The role requires collaboration with Clinical Areas, Space Planning, Real Estate and Facilities Engineering, managing budgets, schedules, and RFPs, and delivering projects that meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple project teams through design, pre-construction and construction phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex schedules and budgets.

• Oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with Baystate’s Master Facility Program.
• Standardize vendor management and oversee RFPs, bidding and contracts.
• Maintain building standards and coordinate between design teams, contractors and operations.
• Manage development of construction documents and oversee consultants' progress.
• Maintain a dashboard to track project scope, schedule and cost; report monthly status.
• Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and handoff of manuals and warranties.
• Coordinate page turns and maintain maintainability and standards across projects.
