Job summary

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction field.
2 years of commercial construction experience overseeing ground-up projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing project budget, contracts, invoices, and updating the project schedule.
Coordinate among subcontractors and help resolve issues or conflicts.
Assist the Project Manager and may manage projects independently.
Develop and maintain project schedules and organize pertinent documents.
Assist in LEED implementation and close-out procedures.
