Job summary

NSG - Real Estate & Construction (Noor Staffing Group) is seeking an experienced healthcare project manager to lead hospital renovations, medical office buildings, and outpatient facilities in Austin. You will drive projects from preconstruction through closeout with owners, design teams, and field staff to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of commercial PM experience, healthcare exposure, and hands-on use of Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6,

Qualifications

• Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in commercial construction project management, with 3+ years in healthcare.
• Hands-on with ICRA/ILSM in occupied hospitals or live clinical settings.
• Track record managing $10M–$50M+ projects.
• Strong contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control knowledge.
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from buy-out to closeout.
• Lead coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subs; run OAC meetings.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, COs, pay apps, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate infection control and life safety requirements in occupied facilities.
• Plan shutdowns and phasing with minimal patient care disruption.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and standards (FGI, NFPA 99/101, Joint Commission).
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs; collaborate with field teams.
