Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Construction Oversight Manager to lead projects from inception to turnover on property. You will develop standard work for contracts, scheduling, risk planning, logistics, budgets, and safety compliance, ensuring sites meet Life Safety and Infection Prevention standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, with 6–8 years of construction management experience in healthcare, and familiarity with Building Management Control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of professional construction management experience.
• Experience leading/managing complex healthcare/life sciences projects with a patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to turnover on SCH property.
• Develop and enforce safety, signage, and Life Safety protocols across sites.
• Lead construction management tools and processes and mentor PMs within Planning Design and Construction.
