Job summary

Healthcare Realty Trust seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and capital construction projects in the Seattle area. The role requires coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and tenants to deliver high‑quality healthcare spaces.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and approvals, travel statewide for project oversight, and collaborate with leasing teams to forecast costs and construction estimates. The position is full‑time and hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial construction or healthcare projects.
• Ability to read drawings and budgets.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating teams.
• Travel across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial planning through project closeout.
• Conduct regular site visits for project inspections and coordination with tenants and property teams.
• Build and manage networks of local contractors and vendors.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee permitting, design review meetings, and closeout documentation.
• Review construction documents, proposals, and bid packages.
• Monitor progress via site visits and project meetings.
• Collaborate with leasing teams on budgets and estimates.
• Oversee capital improvement projects and safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and municipal agencies.
