Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Healthcare to oversee complex healthcare projects from discovery through closeout.

You will lead project teams, manage client relations, and ensure safety and quality standards across all phases. The role requires 10+ years with a G.C., a four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business, and strong collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains adherence to safety Standards
• Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts with clients
• Monitors progress with updated schedules
• Ensures the project Quality Control Plan is followed
• Assists staff in resolving scope problems with subcontractors
• Ensures proper assignment and evaluation of field personnel
• Identifies and negotiates time extensions where justified
• Acquires new work and maintains existing clients
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors
• Ensures timely completion of closeout
• Leads preconstruction and RFP package efforts
• Delegates responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution
