Ascension is seeking a construction leader to oversee healthcare capital projects nationwide from planning through completion in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage all construction phases, develop detailed plans and budgets for multiple initiatives, and coordinate site activities with stakeholders nationwide.

This full-time role requires licensure or engineering background, strong leadership experience, and the ability to mitigate budget overruns while ensuring safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
• Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
• 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and one year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Engineer preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and one year of cumulative leadership experience required.
