Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Site Project Planner to develop, manage, and complete a detailed job plan under supervision of the Site Superintendent and in partnership with the Project Manager.

The role requires defining schedules, coordinating manpower and resources, coordinating with architects and owners, and ensuring safety and quality in line with The Layton Way and Constructing with Integrity principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop job plan including schedule, access, manpower, and building requirements.
• Procure tools, labor, and some materials.
• Interact with architects and owners to resolve job issues.
