• Performs project estimating, work scheduling, and material take off from design documents.
• Performs architectural, mechanical, and electrical estimating.
• Confers with design and construction team for code requirements.
• Generates reports to keep projects on time and budget.
• Prepares change orders and coordinates scheduling of trades.
