Job summary

HHS Facilities Management, LLC (USA) is seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to lead hospital construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while complying with healthcare regulations.

You will collaborate with Facilities leadership, Infection Prevention, clinical teams, contractors, architects, and engineers to protect patient safety and minimize disruption to hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple capital, renovation, and operational construction projects in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver hospital construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital departments; prepare scopes and bids.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, and change orders; identify risks and impacts.
• Manage punch lists, inspections, commissioning, warranties, and project closeout.
• Prepare regular reports and an executive project dashboard for leadership.
