Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance or risk management in healthcare.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations (HIPAA, False Claims Act, Stark, MACRA, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex healthcare regulations and assess gaps.
• Demonstrates ethics, integrity and professionalism aligned with Intermountain Health's mission.

• Establishs and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promotes a culture of compliance.
• Leads cross-functional teams to address regulatory risk and implement requirements through projects.
• Evaluates risks and develops corrective action plans across products, services, or geographies.
• Proposes organizational risk response plans and leads implementation with oversight.
• Develops and implements corrective actions from audits, investigations, or regulatory bodies.
• Monitors regulatory changes and implements monitoring and auditing activities.
• Provides guidance to leaders on regulatory compliance issues and requirements.
• Delivers compliance education and training to employees, providers, and business partners.
• Investigates and responds to compliance complaints and coordinates with legal and HR as needed.
• Identifies best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance performance.
