Job summary

Clipboard is hiring a Documents Compliance Analyst to own compliance decisions for healthcare worker clearance, including background checks, credential review, and state requirements. You will be the named decision-maker on difficult cases and document your reasoning for others to follow.

You will work with Agents, SMEs, Team Leads, and Legal (no direct reports) to ensure consistent judgments, written analyses, and timely handling of license renewals and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience required.
• Experience applying regulations to real decisions (e.g., regulatory or compliance roles).

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for background check disqualification decisions and document reasoning.
• Produce risk analyses with research, reasoning, and recommended path.
• Own credential verification audits and recurring state reporting.
