Job summary

SCA Health, part of Optum, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of the regulatory compliance department across our facilities.

You will perform all phases of compliance reviews, assist in diligence and integration, collaborate with Support Services, and help ensure regulatory integrity, training, and audits.

A four-year degree and 2+ years in healthcare compliance preferred; CHC certification within two years is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Performing all phases of compliance related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, Compliance training tracking)
• Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition process
• Working effectively with other departments/external sources
• Working as part of a team who support each other to accomplish set goals and objectives together
