Qualifications

• A JD or extensive regulatory/licensing analysis experience with strong legal writing.
• Ability to interpret and apply state rules and regulations accurately.
• Experience drafting enforcement actions and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Write enforcement actions including orders for temporary suspension, conditional license, and revocation.
• Draft stipulations, notices, and enforcement documents for health care facilities.
• Prepare and participate in hearings as needed.
• Monitor compliance and report violations of enforcement terms.
• Enter enforcement decisions data into systems.
• Evaluate survey and complaint results to determine relicensing readiness.
