Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus CPC or CCS-P credential.
• At least 1 year CPT and diagnosis coding experience in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact tactfully with physicians and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to educate teams on compliance.
