Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the administration and implementation of our compliance program across the organization. You will work with Compliance leadership to develop processes that promote compliant operations and mitigate risk.

You will research evolving regulations, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to strengthen governance and drive improvements in performance while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or adjacent field; PACE experience preferred.
• Strong project coordination and research/analytical skills.
• Self-directed and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and mitigate compliance and privacy risks.
• Prepare accurate reporting of compliance activities for stakeholders.
• Research current laws and guidance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and synthesize recommendations.
• Draft clear written and verbal communications.
