WelbeHealth is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the administration and implementation of our compliance program across the organization. You will work with Compliance leadership to develop processes that promote compliant operations and mitigate risk.
You will research evolving regulations, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to strengthen governance and drive improvements in performance while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The Compliance Analyst is accountable for assisting with the administration and implementation of WelbeHealth’s compliance program, policies, and practices. Working with Compliance leadership, this role helps develop and implement processes to support and promote compliant operations and mitigate risk.
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting ethical and compliant business practices. The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator with excellent research, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
$82,074.03 – $108,337.72 USD
