Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Community Outreach & Volunteer Services Coordinator to develop, implement, and coordinate community engagement initiatives and to lead the hospital's volunteer program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, recognition, and retention of volunteers.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least three years of experience in community relations or healthcare administration, with a preference for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in community relations, public affairs, volunteer management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Previous volunteer program management experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
