Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve all outstanding insurance balances over 30 days old and related documentation to obtain payment.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and electronic payor systems daily.
• Assist in process and procedure improvements within the organization and department.
• Update patient account notes reflecting aggressive collection logic to expedite payments.
• May have additional duties within scope of the role.
