Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit claims to insurance companies and monitor accounts receivable.
• Investigate unpaid claims with insurers and secure payment.
• Document collection activities, follow-ups, and resolutions.
• Review reports to identify accounts needing follow-up and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and claim issues.
• Prepare appeals and documentation for denied or unpaid claims.
• Assist patients with account inquiries and provide professional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director.
