Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Management Senior Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations for healthcare providers and payers. You will oversee multi-client engagements, drive throughput improvements, and shape workforce models with clinical leaders.

Travel is significant, up to 80%, and you will partner with senior executives to translate clinical strategy into operational execution while delivering measurable improvements across patient flow and utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience within the Healthcare Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Clinical background or experience working with clinical leaders (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Own delivery of measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization, directing teams of consultants and subject matter experts.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
