Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Management Senior Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations for providers and payers in the United States. You will design care delivery models, improve throughput, and optimize utilization across multiple client engagements, directing teams of consultants and SMEs.

You will build executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to implement evidence-based pathways and workforce models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of healthcare provider and/or payer experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting/advisory experience in Healthcare.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in care delivery, utilization management or clinical performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Own delivery of improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways.
