Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations for providers and payers. You will design care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions to improve throughput and frontline performance.

Travel up to 80% and collaboration with clinical leaders to implement evidence-based pathways. A Bachelor's degree is required; 3+ years of healthcare management consulting and 5+ years in operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
