Jorie AI is seeking a Client Success Director to own strategic relationships with healthcare clients post-implementation. You will drive satisfaction, retention, growth, and adoption of RCM services and AI-powered solutions, partnering with healthcare leaders to improve financial performance and operations.

You will lead executive reviews, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and client value across the Revenue Cycle landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with hospitals, health systems, or RCM providers.
• Proven track record in executive client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with healthcare technology and automation platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning.
• Advise on revenue cycle performance and AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor client health and develop retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding teams.
• Provide client feedback to support innovation and improvements.
• Track and report on client success metrics and outcomes.
