Job summary

PHIL, Inc. is seeking a Client Strategy Associate to drive success for pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on our platform.

You will manage day-to-day client engagement, leverage data and strategic analysis, support new program launches, and develop recommendations to optimize performance over time. Collaborate across client success, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable impact, monitor program milestones, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
3–7 years in a client-facing, analytics, or strategy role in healthcare or life sciences.
Strong analytical skills and data visualization proficiency in BI tools.
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into insights for clients and teams.
Resourceful problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and driving results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support client engagement and program success from launch through optimization.
Coordinate with clients to translate goals into actionable steps for PHIL.
Analyze program performance and build dashboards to track metrics.
Generate strategic insights to optimize rules, engagement, and patient experience.
Serve as day-to-day client contact, aligning goals and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
