Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee multi-tactic projects across a vertical account team, ensuring quality, continuity, and strategic alignment from client to project manager. The SAM partners with the Account Director to guide brand partners on tactical plans, with a deep understanding of client products and processes.

The role is hybrid, based in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco, or remote within the US, with Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of team leadership experience required.
• 3-4 years of client/customer management experience required; 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in strategic planning preferred.
• Leadership experience in a corporate, marketing, or life sciences environment preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency across tactics led by internal and external partners.
• Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers on project execution.
• Serve as the in-house client liaison and communicate client expectations to cross-functional teams.
• Lead strategic brainstorming sessions and annual planning with clients.
