Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead client onboarding and expand partnerships in healthcare technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Client Services, Operations, Clinical, and Technology to ensure smooth go-lives and scalable processes.

We value hands-on project delivery, risk management, and clear communication with clients. Eligible to work in the United States, with a focus on Maryland-based deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, implementation, or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with clients or customer-facing implementations.
• Strong process improvement mindset with experience documenting, improving, or standardizing workflows.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for new client implementations and expansions, from kickoff through successful go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Serve as a central point of coordination between Client Services, Operations, Clinical, Technology, and other cross-functional teams throughout each implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk registers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, driving timely resolution before they impact client experience or delivery timelines.
• Lead additional Client Services projects focused on operational improvements, process optimization, technology implementations, and other strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Standardize and continuously improve implementation methodologies, documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and client partners through proactive communication and reliable execution.
