Your role focuses on building long-term relationships, coordinating resources, onboarding new clients, handling contracts, and collaborating with billing to ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare client management, medical services, or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare services, and client management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client groups.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare clients, hospitals, medical groups, insurers, and patients.
• Coordinate medical resources—staff, equipment, and facilities—to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Tailor services to each client's needs, ensuring alignment with expectations and standards.
• Oversee client contracts and assist with negotiations and renewals as needed.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and provide educational support on services and medical processes.
• Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
• Collect and analyze client data; prepare reports on service delivery, engagement, and resource utilization.
• Partner with healthcare providers, medical staff, and administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
