Qualifications

• 1 year of Texas Medicaid experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve claims processing workflow issues.
• Assist provider recruitment and onboarding to ensure network adequacy.
• Develop presentations and materials for provider education outreach.
• Collaborate with Parkland Health Plan functional areas on system-wide initiatives.
