Zelis is seeking a Client Manager to serve as the primary contact for their assigned book of business, aiming to achieve revenue targets, retention, and growth while ensuring superior OneZelis customer experience.

This role requires strong relationship-building, healthcare payer/TPA experience, and comfort navigating cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with base salary guidance and locations near Morristown, NJ is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health care administration.
• 5+ years in owning the client management role in healthcare industry.
• Experience in the Payor and TPA space is required.
• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Stack of Tools and Technologies as well as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence.
• Travel - up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Owns the client relationship and builds long-lasting partnerships.
• Manage revenue including renewals and retention; hit financial targets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drives revenue growth through product optimization and value communication.
• Ensure timely payments and contract adherence; monitor financial health.
• Coordinate client audits and prepare business reviews.
