Job summary

Zelis is seeking a Client Service Specialist to directly support healthcare payers, lead meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve operational goals. The role requires strong project management and technical skills to implement Zelis Payments and Communications offerings and drive process improvements.

You will adapt to client needs, set expectations, and act as a trusted partner in project execution, problem-solving, and ensuring a superior service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of client service/business analysis experience in healthcare or financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, root cause analysis, and software configuration testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with clients, external partners and internal teams to drive collaboration and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide specialized guidance to improve Payer Experience and indicate best configuration options.
• Deliver client training on payments and related business needs; advocate for clients across Zelis departments.
• Manage daily casework and keep milestones on track across multiple client projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy client change requests.
• Analyze complex data to deliver actionable insights and translate data into client-facing materials.
