Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Client Development Manager, also known as an Inside Sales Manager, to join our Chesterfield, MO team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Territory Managers by engaging existing and prospective clients, promoting our services, and scheduling meetings that drive new business.

This position is ideal for an inside-sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is motivated by exceeding

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inside sales experience required; staffing industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional presence with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities via outreach.
• Schedule meetings to showcase recruiting services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients.
• Liaise between clients and territory managers for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 5-10%.
